Sama's work ...
Sama’s interventions involve developing methods, discourses and interactions to enable people to realize their entitlements towards health in a more effective and sustainable way. Most of Sama’s work revolves around action research, advocacy and material development and dissemination (order). Training and capacity building is also an important part of Sama’s activities.
Although classified under four different heads, all the activities are closely interlinked and inter-related to each other. Action Research is used to substantiate and consolidate advocacy efforts in addition to developing a gender sensitive approach in advocacy by addressing and documenting health needs and concerns of women and community.
